How the QXCI/SCIO Works

The QXCI/SCIO scans the body like a virus scanner on a computer. It comfortably connects to a clients head, wrist and ankles. These electrode points are linked to an interface box that measures and feeds frequency information between the QXCI/SCIO and the client.

The History of the QXCI/SCIO

The QXCI/SCIO was designed by Dr. William Nelson, originally from Youngstown, Ohio.
For the past 20 years he has lived in Budapest Hungary while researching and advancing the QXCI. As a young genius already teaching college math by the age of 17, he was hired independently by NASA in the Navigation Department His credentials include PhD’s in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, medicine and a degree in Law

The comprehensive operating platform for the QXCI/SCIO is accessed through the technicians laptop computer. This view offers interpretive insights into the clients internal ecology
