The Central Pacific Hurricane Center is issuing bulletins on tropical depression Felicia. At 10:00 AM HST Felicia was 113 miles east of Kihei, Maui, Hawaii and moving west about 9 mph. Sustained winds 35mph.
Public bulletins are being issued under AWIPS header TCPCP2 and WMO header WTPA32.
