Dale Bonar has been Executive Director for Hawaiian Islands Land Trust from May 2002 – September 2012

Preserving and protecting significant conservation lands of Hawaii for the benefit of the natural environment and of current and future generations.

Dale is a Consultant at Solid Ground Consulting September 2012 – Present

Dale received his PhD, Zoology, Marine Science at University of Hawaii at Manoa

Dale has been a Member of Maui Conservation Alliance 2007 – 2012 (5 years)

Dale served as Assistant, Associate Professor at The University of Maryland, College Park from 1974 – 1992 (18 years)

Professor in the Department of Zoology and Research Professor in the Center of Marine Biotechnology. Research focused on cellular and molecular biology of invertebrate development
